The Ox and the Mercantile are proudly owned and operated by the Students’ Association of RRC. The Ox is located at the Notre Dame Campus on the mall level in the C tower right across from the library. The Mercantile can be found at the The Roblin Centre (Exchange District campus), just off the Atrium, off William Street. Our mandate is to provide our students with fair and reasonable pricing along with the friendliest customer service possible.

All profits from our two retail stores are given back and used by the Students’ Association for your benefit.

The Ox and the Mercantile will carry an assortment of bakery goods from Tall Grass Prairie Bakery.

Hotdogs anyone? We  have a hotdog bar with a wide assortment of toppings and sauces. Make sure you check it out.

With all that’s happening new we still carry the basics like chips, drinks, health and beauty, chocolate bars, gum, lottery, cigarettes. Selection varies per store.

Don’t forget to purchase your Bus Passes from the Ox or Mercantile.

We also have a Reverse Osmosis Water Refill Station in the OX store at NDC. Bring your bottles to re-fill or purchase one for the year.

We are always open to new ideas and products so please feel free to let us know what you would like to see and we will see what we can do.
