Why Am I So Tired Lately?
It’s the middle of the day and you just can’t seem to get out of first gear. Is it lack of sleep, or could there be something else that makes you feel so wiped out?
This online workshop will be hosted by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), and the RRCSA. We will explore sleep, fatigue, and explain why you may be feeling so tired lately. The two types of sleep will be explained, the consequences of too little sleep will identified, and strategies to improve sleep and reduce fatigue will be shared.
