Power Pilates – Mondays 12:15-12:45
A core strengthening, mat-based class that emphasizes postural alignment.
Circuit Training A.B.C. – Wednesdays 12:15-12:45
Circuit A – Arms (upper body), Circuit B – Butt (lower body), Circuit C – Core.
