NDC: Turban Pride Day 2025

April is Sikh Heritage Month, and April 13 is designated as Turban Day in Manitoba. The annual event is a way for students from India to share the importance of the turban with the RRC Polytech community.

The Students’ Association invites all staff and students to learn about Sikh culture by wearing a turban with pride on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

Everyone is welcome to attend the event, ask questions, and wear a turban for the day. Free samosas provided.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! If you are able to volunteer to tie turbans at this event on Thursday, April 10, 2025, from 12 – 1 pm or 1 – 2 pm, please contact Hannah at hguerrero@rrc.ca
