Annual General Meeting

It’s time for our Annual General Meeting!

What is the AGM?

The RRC Polytech Students’ Association (RRCSA) holds an AGM of active members in each academic year, at which the membership receives the audit for the last fiscal year, and receives reports from the governance, representation, and operations departments. Any active member of the RRCSA (i.e. credit students enrolled at RRC Polytech) in attendance can participate in the AGM.

Why should you attend?

Have a say in your association! The Annual General Meeting is an easy way for students to become involved in the governance, representation, and operations of the RRCSA. The AGM is an important and fun way to have a voice in your organization.

What will happen at this AGM?

The membership will receive the audited financial statements from the last fiscal year
The governance, representation, and operations areas of the RRCSA will present quick reports to the membership on important things that have happened over the last year
Free food! There will be free food to all of those in attendance
Prizes, prizes, prizes!! The first 25 students who arrive will receive a $10 gift card

Need a lift?

A shuttle is available from the Notre Dame Campus to the Exchange District Campus for those who wish to attend, but are in need of a ride. The shuttle will leave at 11:30 AM, and return at 1:30 PM.
