All candidates MUST submit an expense report by Wednesday, October 27, 12:00 pm, even if the candidate spent $0 on their campaign.
Please list all the expenses incurred through the election campaigning process, even if it is $0. Include any/all costs associated with campaign material as well as services/expenses incurred. The services costs will be determined by the student industry standard. There is a maximum of $300 total for all expenses allowed for any campaign. Demerits will be issued by the CRO for expenses over the maximum allowed. The SA will only reimburse the candidate up to $50 for receipts handed in for material expenditures incurred (Section 7.07 Elections Policies and Procedures).
For the VP Academic executive expenditure expense form, if a candidate spent $0 on their campaign, you would only input the cost of the Criminal Record Check in the form and sign it. We already have your criminal record check receipt.
Reimbursement cheques will be mailed out to candidates one week after elections are over. There will be no reimbursement of any election expenditures if the candidate is disqualified or drops out
