The Red River College Students' Association, is an organization committed to representing the interests, needs, and welfare of our students while providing quality services and programs that foster a sense of community and enrich the student experience.
Our association, guided by our core values of inclusivity, advocacy, transparency, and integrity, oversees various student-centric activities and resources, from managing student clubs to advocating for students' rights, organizing events, and more. In our endeavors, financial transparency and proper management of funds are crucial, and it is in this spirit that we are seeking an external audit of our financial statements.
We invite your firm to submit a proposal to conduct our annual audit. This audit will not only verify the accuracy of our financial records but also identify areas where we can further improve our fiscal management practices.
The selected audit firm would be required to review our accounts, examine our financial procedures and controls, and report on our financial statements in line with generally accepted accounting principles. We are looking for firms that can bring industry best practices, have a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, and can guide us in enhancing our financial operations.
Please submit your proposal, including a breakdown of your firm's services, fees, and a proposed timeline, by June 2nd 2023. We would also appreciate information about your firm's experience working with similar student associations or non-profit organizations.
