Food Bank

The Food Bank is located in Trailer L in the West parking lot at the Notre Dame campus.

It is sponsored by the Students’ Association and is operated by a student Food Bank coordinator.  Students, along with their dependents, who need extra food on a regular or casual basis, can fill out a request form to receive a hamper.  Request forms are available at the SA office (CM20 – Notre Dame or P110 – The Roblin Centre/Exchange District Campus)

Please note the Food Bank dates and times will be posted at the Students’ Association office as well as billboards around the college.  Hampers are available every two weeks.  Forms must be filled out by the Tuesday prior to every food bank day.  Place completed forms in the Food Bank drop box located in the SA offices (NDC and EDC).

IMPORTANT: If a student does not meet the deadline of Tuesday or if information is not complete on the form, they will not be served until the end of the food bank day.  Student medical cards must also be available upon request.  The Food Bank pick-up will be at both campuses, NDC Trailer and EDC in the Massey Building (across the street from The Roblin Centre), whichever is closest and more convenient for you.

RRCSA Food Bank Coordinator can be contacted by calling the SA office at

632-2375. Although Winnipeg Harvest supports the Food Bank, donations of non-perishable goods can be given to the SA office, dropped in the wooden box across from the Ox store or in the EDC SA office.  Cash donations are also accepted at the SA offices.  Donations are always welcome and will be put to good use.
